This Policy sets out the principles of storage and access to information on the User’s Devices through Cookie files used for the performance of electronic services upon the User’s request by “GAB” Publishing Consultant Grzegorz Boguta with the registered office in Siedliska.

I. Definitions

Administrator – stands for “GAB” Publishing Consultant Grzegorz Boguta with an office in Siedliska, Świstaka 8, 05-500 Piaseczno, registered in the register of economic activities (No 14259, NIP 521-198-44-50, REGON 015599755), which provides electronic services and stores and accesses information stored on User Devices.
  2. Cookies – stands for computer data, in particular small text files that are saved and stored on the Devices through which the User uses the Website.
  3. First-party Cookies – stands for Cookies placed by the Administrator, related to the provision of electronic services by the Administrator through the Website.
  4. Third-party Cookies – stands for Cookies placed by the Administrator’s partners through the Website.
  5. Website – stands for the website or application which the Administrator uses to provide electronic services at www.europeanpetgroup.com.
  6. Device – stands for an electronic device through which the user accesses the Website.
  7. User – stands for an entity to whom, in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of Sale and Delivery, electronic services can be provided or with whom an agreement on the provision of electronic services can be concluded.
II. Types of Cookies used
  1. Cookies used by the Administrator are safe for the User’s Device. I tis impossible for viruses or other unwanted software or maleware to enter User’s Devies. These files allow the software used by the User to be identified and the Website to be customised to each User individually. Cookies typically contain the name of the domain from which they originate, their storage time on the Device, and an assigned value.
  2. The Administrator uses two types of cookies:
    1. Session Cookies: These are stored on the User's Device and remain there until the end of the browser session. The recorded information is then permanently deleted from the memory of the device.     2. Permanent Cookies: These are stored on the User's Device and remain there until they are deleted. In particular, the web browser settings can be changed to prevent automatic downloading of cookies, or the User can be notified of each cookie file that is downloaded to the User Device.
